Trying to switch clinics because of how awful this practice is and they won’t send my records to my new place. Oh this has been going on since OCTOBER btw. Do not go here. It’s the biggest headache you’ll experience. Update : Their staff was completely unhelpful, transferred my phone call to a completely different department when I was supposed to be transferred to the supervisor, upon calling back the supervisor “wasn’t in office” anymore (note this was 5min later) and now they’re not calling me back. Still going on 01/03. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Just called to discuss getting a refill on my prescription and had the rudest woman answer (think she said her name was Shay). Hope your day gets better and you stop being passive aggressive to your clients. Yikes.. Even hung up on my when I was trying to ask a question. I really hope your clinic can improve on the customer service.

They take way too long calling for any results. It’s been now a week and I am still Waiting. I need medication prescribed and I had to call after five days bc dr didn’t call it in. Every time I go I have to remind dr my previous symptoms so they don’t even look at your history. I was even asked if I was new there when I been there several times. Looking for new dr at this point.

Love Primary Care Joliet!!! I love walking in and being greeted by such friendly people. The front desk ladies are super helpful if you ever have questions, they will make sure to find you the answers! I am a patient of Lisa Smith and absolutely love her. She makes sure to give you the best care you need and never makes you feel like she is rushing you out of the office! She always double checks with you to make sure all your issues you are having are taken care of. Plus, this office doesn’t mess around they get you in and out and on your way! I've been going to Primary Care Joliet for many years. From the moment you walk into their Essington Road office you are greeted with a smile by very kind, polite, and accommodating front desk receptionists like seasoned veteran Stephanie or Amy. You will also see how very clean the facility is. Then there is another seasoned veteran by the name of Andrea our referral coordinator who is so kind, caring, and extremely helpful. Over the years Andrea has help me and every member of my family countless times in so many ways.The wait time to see your doctor is minimal. I have been seeing Family Nurse Practitioner Allison Curran who through her great knowledge saved my life my years ago. FNP Allison is a seasoned veteran who has the best bed side manners with no egotistical attitude. She is great at what she does and she knows what to do and how to treat you. It shows she loves her career choice and she cares so very much for her patients. She listens to you. She has helped me through so many illnesses over the years. She is surrounded by more great staff like Molly. Molly is one of her medical assistants who will win you over with her gentle kindness, and caring. Sandra from the lab who is a seasoned veteran of her career and member of this team also. Sandra like all the rest of these wonderful ladies treats you like family.With a big smile Sandra is so kind and caring. With an elite team like this I will never leave this facility. All of these ladies combined in this review are part of an elite team that have blessed me and my family so much over the years.This facility has so much to offer. Check it out and I believe you will stay also. Because there are so many great people who work here and have so much to offer. So I highly recommend this facility.
